Financial Policy      

Full payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. 

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.  Financing is also available through Care Credit

If we are contracted with your insurance company, we will bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you. We request any copays, deductibles as well as any services not covered by your insurance plan be paid at the time the service is rendered.
